Role: Subcontractor | Contract: ED-07-CO-0042 | Dates: 2009–2019

Experience performed by Karatin LLC key personnel in a subcontractor role; not represented as Karatin LLC prime-contract performance.

Supported the U.S. Department of Education's EDUCATE program under contract ED-07-CO-0042, a federal IT services contract valued at approximately $606 million.

This was one continuous contract inherited through the Perot Systems → Dell Services → NTT DATA ownership changes — not three separate $606 million contracts.
